FAQ

Our Pre-Design service, also call feasibility study, is a paid service which allows you to get a full picture of what you can or cannot do on the plot you purchased, or are interested in purchasing.

It covers architectural services ranging from initial problem identification to activities that would allow the architect to design your new home.

On top of that, you can use this report anyway you see fit, without any commitment to our firm, and you’ll have a clearly defined scope of work for your new house.

Well, to begin with you’ve got to know that in India, anyone can design and build a house.

There are no licenses or certifications required by law to construct a building.

Because of this very low barrier to entry, there are hundreds of homebuilders in our country.

The only difference that the law states is that they can’t call themselves an Architect.

Take this into consideration when choosing an Architect. Go for an Architect who has a license by COA, Council of Architecture. Do as much homework as you can to assess how capable and experienced your candidates are.

Meet them, learn about their process to confirm they are effective and organised.

Make sure they are a good fit for you and your family.

Congratulations! You’ve made it to the starting line of homebuilding journey.

In many ways, it’s the most crucial stage of all. During this stage, you will build a team with your Architect that will carry you through the entire process of designing and building your dream home.

An Architect generally charges between 5% – 7.5% of the total project cost.

We understand that many people can’t afford prices as high as 7.5%, so we offer a more economical approach with our different fees and sets of options. Take a look at our fee structure here.
